Client Success Story – NLFA

January 26, 2021

I love a good client success story! My very first client when I started my business was the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Agriculture (NLFA). They hired me to facilitate in-person engagement sessions with agriculture stakeholders to discuss risks to the industry in our province. I travelled the province with some of their employees and they became much more than clients to me; they became friends.

That project started building a very important and valuable relationship with the NLFA. They have since hired me for several other projects including acting as Emcee of the Agriculture Expos held in Corner Brook, facilitating virtual public engagement sessions to develop their strategic plan, facilitating strategic discussions with the Board of Agriculture in the Classroom, and most recently facilitating virtual engagement sessions with producers about climate change.

Last evening, the NLFA held their first ever VIRTUAL AGM. They had a great turnout and re-elected their executive. I congratulate everyone who stood once again for their positions. The hard work they put in last year in developing a comprehensive strategic plan is being reflected in the actions they are taking now moving ahead with promoting and building the agriculture industry in Newfoundland and Labrador.

My tag line is Making it Easy for You to be Successful. My core values center on relationships. This client success story brings both of these things together. ~ Carole
