A variety of workshop topics are offered by Spicer Facilitation. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), and a Certified Service Manager (CSM), Carole specializes in project management and public sector service delivery training.

 

From the fundamentals, to specific aspects of project management or service delivery, or a combination of both, workshops can be customized to meet your specific needs. Using case studies, and a variety of engagement tools, participants are given the opportunity to learn new concepts and reflect on applying them to their own work environment.

 

Personal development workshops are available for folks seeking to develop and enhance their interpersonal skills. Dedicated workshops are available for teams, organizations, or community groups. As a Master Trainer and Virtual Instructor, Carole offers workshops in-person or virtually. She is open to developing curriculum on-demand. Spicer Facilitation offers free virtual networking opportunities to entrepreneurs and those in the non-profit sector. The Entrepreneur Coffee Break is offered monthly. Open to everyone, the coffee break provides a platform for business owners and support organizations to connect. The Community Connection is offered bi-monthly. Employees, Board members and volunteers of non-profit organizations connect to discuss challenges, successes, and to provide updates on what is happening in this very important community sector.
