Designing Service Standards (Part Two)

Citizen-Centric service is about meeting expectations. Using service standards helps organizations see how often these expectations are met. Learn how to assess current standards, what makes components and characteristics effective service standards need, and how to put them into action. Workshop participants will walk away with a firm understanding of what an effective standard looks like and a step-by-step guide on how to design and implement them.
