The Effective Service Delivery Manager (Part Two)

Citizen-Centric service delivery can be complex. Effective service delivery management means being able to engage and empower team members and to create safe, inclusive spaces that foster a citizen-centric approach. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn the key competencies required of an effective service delivery manager, how to motivate team members and keep them engaged, and how to create efficient, inviting workplaces.
