Building Service Culture (Part Two)

A strong service culture ensures that everyone in the organization puts the interests of citizens and clients first. It is a cornerstone to delivering service excellence, but developing and maintaining service culture takes time and effort. This workshop will provide you with a toolkit to help conduct an organizational culture assessment – focusing on how to identify your organization’s current state, employees perspective, and a template for determining your desired future state and putting it into action.

  • How to establish and maintain a “Client Line of Sight”
  • How to implement and manage culture change
