Fundamentals of Project Management

Spicer Facilitation & Learning is pleased to deliver Fundamentals of Project Management on behalf of Grenfell’s Office of Engagement. The curriculum has been updated to reflect the newly released 6^th Edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge ® (PMBOK).  In this interactive workshop, participants will learn the role of various stakeholders including the sponsor and project manager.  Through the use of a case study, participants will follow the Project Management Process Groups and begin the development of a project plan.  This workshop is delivered virtually to your desktop!
